Subscribing and paying

Your provider gives you a link to their storefront, usually https://their-name.itsyourbill.com. It's their own page, with their name and logo at the top, their plans, answers to common questions and how to contact them; use the link they sent you, since another provider's page has different plans.

  1. Choose a plan, and if it offers more than one, which kind of server you want (Plex, Emby, Jellyfin or Silo). If you've been a member before, you go back to the same server and account.
  2. Enter your email. Your account is tied to it. If your provider uses Plex, use the email on your Plex account.
  3. Choose how to pay. Only the ways your provider accepts are shown. Got a promo code? Click Have a promo code?, type it and click Apply to see your new price before you pay.
  4. Pay, then follow your status page. It updates by itself, so you can leave it open, and shows three steps: Payment, Setting up your account, and Start watching. Bookmark it if you want to come back later.

Already subscribed? Use Sign in to renew above the plans (or on the payment page) instead of buying a new subscription. Renewing from your account keeps your plan, your server and your watch history.

By card

You're taken to Stripe's secure payment page. When you've paid, you come back to your status page, and your access is usually ready within a minute. Your card is charged automatically each period after that.

By Venmo or Cash App

Your status page shows exactly what to send, like this:

Send $15.00 to $ProviderName on Cash App and put MB-7KQ2XD in the note.

  • Put the reference code in the note, exactly as shown. It's how your payment is matched to you. There's a Copy button next to it. Without the code, your provider has to match it by hand, which takes longer.
  • Send the full amount. A smaller payment is held until your provider checks it.
  • Your status page moves on by itself once the payment is matched, usually within a few minutes of it arriving.

The code is valid for 72 hours. If you also gave your Venmo username or $cashtag at checkout, a payment without the code can still be matched to you.

By crypto

Your status page has a Pay with crypto button that opens your invoice. Pay it in the coin of your choice, then come back to your status page: access starts once the payment is confirmed on the network, which can take a few minutes. Crypto payments don't repeat by themselves, so you'll pay a new invoice each period.

If your checkout expires

Card and crypto checkouts last 60 minutes, Venmo and Cash App ones 72 hours. If yours runs out before paying, your status page says so; just start again from the subscribe page. If you paid but your status page says it ended, contact your provider with your reference code.
