Getting in

Joining your server

How you get in depends on the kind of server your provider runs.

Silo

When you've paid, your status page shows a Create your account button: that's your invite link. (Your provider may also send it to you.)

  1. Open the link.
  2. Enter your email and choose a password.
  3. Sign in with the Silo app or website, using the address your provider gives you.

Use the newest link you've been sent: a new link replaces any earlier one.

Plex

  1. Look for an email from Plex inviting you to share their library.
  2. Accept the invite. If you don't have a free Plex account yet, create one with the same email address you paid with.
  3. Open Plex. Your provider's libraries appear alongside your own.

No email? Check your spam folder, or sign in at plex.tv and look for pending invites.

Emby or Jellyfin

Your account is created for you. Your username is the email address you paid with.

  1. Click Set your password: it's on your checkout status page, on your account page, and in your welcome email if your provider sends emails.
  2. Choose a password (at least 10 characters). It goes straight to your provider's server; nobody else sees it.
  3. Sign in with the Emby or Jellyfin app, using the server address your provider gives you, your email address and your new password.

The link works once, for two weeks. If it has expired, or you forget your password later, sign in to your account and click Choose a new password.

Which libraries can I see?

Your plan decides which libraries you can see. If you think something's missing, ask your provider which libraries your plan includes.
